I’m an Atlassian Architect and ITSM / SIAM leader with 10+ years of experience in service operations, governance, Jira and JSM architecture, and alert-driven operational workflows. I translate business needs into scalable operating models, then make them practical through process design, reporting, and automation.
In my current roles at CI Group EMEA and Pluxee (formerly Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services), I designed and governed Jira/JSM standards, integrated Atlassian tooling (including Confluence, Bitbucket, and Slack), and configured incident, problem, change, and request management with SLAs, automations, and self-service knowledge flows. I also lead KPI/SLA reporting and executive dashboards, train support teams, and coordinate suppliers and stakeholders to align Run & Ops execution with governance.
