What I'm looking for

I’m drawn to work that combines hands-on Scrum, Product Owner coaching, and data-informed improvement. I’m available immediately for freelance work, remotely within the EU or on-site as needed.

At Česká spořitelna, I coached around 20 teams and supported Product Owners and leaders with priorities and delivery. I helped increase OKR-aligned work across a 300-person Tribe from about 20% to 40% in one quarter.

I worked within a Spotify-inspired model and helped build a multi-team product domain around internal integration platforms. I also coached specialists into Product Owner roles and facilitated leadership and multi-team workshops.

My independent consulting has evolved from hands-on IT to Agile and product coaching, team development, and workshop facilitation. I bring 8+ years in Agile, 20+ years in IT, and PSM II; I’m based in Prague and available immediately for freelance work.
