After that I opened our delivery hub in Colombia with the country manager and grew it from a 30-person founding group to 60. I ran a $300K budget across 500+ daily transactions at 95% service performance. The change I'm proudest of was small: I noticed two roles were solving the same case from opposite ends, so I merged them into one case owner and added automation. That saved $65K a month and lifted quality scores from 62% to 74%. I also led an AI triage tool with an external developer that cut routing time from seven hours to thirty minutes.
Before that I was at JP Morgan Chase for four years, owning control testing across five CIB EMEA entities and closing the 2021 audit with zero findings. I built a risk-severity framework for banker-client meetings and automated four processes in VBA and Python, cutting processing time by 40%. I was promoted to Associate and given a team of two analysts. In between, I did PMO planning for BBVA's merger integration at Axis Corporate, building the plan and RACI across two merging technology companies.
