At Octopia (Cdiscount Group), I work across business, finance, product, and IT on the e-commerce marketplace, fulfillment, and seller payments. I turn requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and manage the backlog.
I analyse data with SQL and build Power BI dashboards and business cases to support commercial and financial decisions, including management of part of the P&L through bad debt. My work contributed to reducing bad debt by 2 points and customer debt from 3% to 1.5% of revenue.
At Papernest, I analysed and optimised billing and payment processes, built a forecast and business case for a new billing solution, and defined requirements for automated flows via API with data teams. The automation delivered approximately €300K in annual savings.
Earlier, at BDB (Business Developer's Bridge), I led international projects involving needs analysis, KPI tracking, and stakeholder coordination. At En-Aparté 360, I contributed to launching a new service in Latin America through needs analysis, strategy, and executive reporting.
