At SAP Taulia, I built the first dedicated EMEA Customer Success function, growing it from a 3-person team with no formal process into an 11-person organization across two teams. I helped drive a 5x increase in EMEA ARR and was part of the leadership team that grew global ARR from roughly $30M to roughly $140M.

When Greensill Capital collapsed into administration, I coordinated alternative funding across every regional relationship and achieved zero churn across the EMEA portfolio. Before SAP Taulia, I developed a supply chain finance advisory service line at PwC, Strategy& and worked on working capital, transaction advisory, and finance transformation engagements.
