At Elettron, I lead HR operations and organizational development as a People Partner, managing a ~€170K HR budget for a 50-person organization. I've closed six technical searches in an average of 30–40 days and led every hire through onboarding.
I built a structured onboarding program end-to-end, including welcome kits, a six-month integration plan, check-ins, and exit interviews. I also lead talent management, internal training, workforce analysis, and HR budget planning aligned with business objectives.
Across independent HR consulting and Space Work, I've managed full-cycle recruitment, change initiatives, training delivery, organizational development projects, and psycho-aptitude assessments. My psychology background helps me translate data and human insight into practical people practices.
