My role at TechMahindra allowed me to resolve customer inquiries while maintaining accurate records, which honed my communication skills and adaptability. I have worked in various capacities, including customer service, billing, and bereavement support, which provided me with a well-rounded perspective on customer needs.

My educational background in Humanities and Social Sciences has equipped me with critical thinking and interpersonal skills. I actively participated in extracurricular activities, such as hosting and radio broadcasting, which further developed my public speaking and communication abilities.
