What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer-focused product delivery, collaborate closely with design and technology teams, and improve digital experiences through clear requirements, Agile execution, and data-informed decisions.

At JPMorganChase, I lead Agile delivery for Consumer Bank shopping-page updates, keeping Checking & Savings content accurate while managing backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and delivery timelines. I also led a phased migration of BI reporting from Amazon QuickSight to an in-house Reporting Hub and managed compliant pre-production and production releases.

Across Chase’s Leadership Development Program, I redesigned business banking onboarding, built Confluence knowledge bases, created 100+ UX stories for Pay Card initiatives, and developed NPS and OSAT dashboards and training for Community Managers. I bring product management, release management, customer experience, and cross-functional delivery skills, supported by tools including JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Figma, and Lucidchart.
