I develop workforce governance frameworks and planning models for labor forecasting, headcount optimization, and capacity planning. I also lead HRIS optimization and build reporting and automation solutions with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and BambooHR.
At EPIC Technologies, I designed and developed enterprise web applications with business stakeholders. I also built API integrations connecting enterprise systems and supported software testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Earlier, at Advantage Communications, I managed operational teams of more than 20 employees and maintained service levels above 95%. I used coaching, workforce optimization, and performance management to support service delivery and productivity.
