At RCG Global Services, I own end-to-end quality for The Walt Disney Company’s Annual Pass purchase, renewal, and upgrade flows on web and mobile. I design and execute test scenarios, advocate for defects, and validate releases.
I maintain automated suites using PyCharm, Jenkins, and Sauce Labs, while also performing manual and exploratory testing on checkout, tier selection, and session edge cases. I track defects in JIRA and work with engineering on fixes and regression scope.
At Chicos FAS (Chicos), I led and executed QA across web and related platforms, including API and backend data validation. Earlier, I tested SQL-backed applications at Computer Aid, Inc. and Resolve Software Group, covering functional, manual, automated, UAT, and SIT testing.
