At Walt Disney, I served as the primary QA contact in backlog refinement and Agile planning, shaped acceptance criteria and sprint scope, and tested end-to-end workflows, backend services, and location-based mobile features through GPS spoofing validation. I also mentored new team members through walkthroughs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and recorded training materials.
I've built and maintained Selenium Java and CodedUI C# automation, supported IBM UrbanCode and HCL Accelerate clients, performed functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, and trained teams in Selenium test automation.
