What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior QA role where I can own functional/regression and exploratory testing in Agile, lead defect triage and release validation, collaborate with Product/Engineering, and continuously improve coverage with smart automation support.

I’m a QA professional with 15+ years of experience testing software across Gaming, HR Tech, Healthcare, Retail, and Finance. I focus on web applications and also bring hands-on strengths in SharePoint systems, RPAS, and Workbrain.

In my current role as a Quality Engineer, I test Benefits Access features using cross-browser, functional, UI, database, and mobile techniques. I collaborate in feature definition, prepare test plans, create and execute test cases (even when requirements are incomplete), and manage end-to-end defect lifecycles with severity/priority triage, fix validation, and release readiness. I also leverage AI tools to map requirements to test cases, suggest scenarios, and improve coverage.

Earlier, I worked as a Quality Analyst and Test Analyst on gaming deployments and Workbrain merger work, delivering functional/regression testing, production support testing, and Agile ceremony participation. Before that, I led QA for RPAS projects, executed medical claims and ETL testing, and supported troubleshooting, mentoring, and continuous delivery by validating releases in upper environments and production staging.
