I'm looking to continue building payments, FX, cross-border operations, fraud, and risk-control capabilities in a high-value, time-sensitive environment where I can improve processes, reduce exceptions, and support strong client outcomes.

At JPMorgan Chase, I manage AutoFX payment lifecycle activities across SWIFT, cross-border payments, foreign exchange, trade processing, and reconciliation controls. I process and verify MT103, MT202, MT210, MT300, and MT600 workflows across currencies and cut-off requirements.

I've built my payments operations career through fraud prevention, chargebacks, dispute resolution, KYC reviews, and transaction investigations at JPMorgan Chase, Convergys, FIS, and Fidelity Information System. I use transaction data, root-cause analysis, and operational controls to identify risk, improve STP, and support timely escalations.

I'm focused on accurate, client-centered work in high-value and time-sensitive environments. My results include $0 operational loss from December 2019 through September 2021 and £0 operational loss from August 2022 through July 2023.
