What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my financial operations, reconciliation, payment processing, reporting, and VBA automation experience in a role where I can improve processes, support teams, and deliver accurate, timely service.

I've supported financial operations at Royal Bank of Canada and ING Business Shared Services, handling reconciliations, payment processing, reporting, operational controls, and internal partner enquiries. At RBC, I investigated reconciliation issues, maintained procedures, supported escalations, and automated a TLM data feed to the monthly Attestation report using VBA macros.

At ING, I supervised payment processing for euro and multi-currency transfers, validated SWIFT instructions, monitored payment status, and prepared EOD and KPI reports. I also mentored colleagues, delivered Excel and macro training, and created process-improvement projects using VBA.
