I'm a senior instructional designer and Articulate Storyline developer with 13+ years in eLearning. I take a course from the first storyboard to a working SCORM package in the client's LMS. Design, build, narration, QA, all of it.

I started out rebuilding dead Flash courses in Storyline, slide by slide. Today my clients are in energy and utilities, behavioral health and care, and software customer education. I've also provided eLearning consultancy to UNFCCC.

I go past what Storyline does out of the box. I build custom slides in HTML and JavaScript that run inside Storyline. I built my own AI narration pipeline, with a locked voice, a pronunciation dictionary, and captions synced to the audio. Every course goes through automated QA checks and gets tested in a live LMS before I hand it over.

I also built and run two AI products for L&D people. LXDStudios helps instructional designers create training plans, outlines, assessments and storyboards faster, with a human still making the design calls. eLXsyr puts AI chatbots inside Storyline and Rise courses.

I apply Mayer's multimedia principles and cognitive load theory to every design choice.

I'm interested in senior instructional design and learning technology work, especially with teams that want to use AI in their training without losing instructional quality.
