What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a contract or permanent role where I can translate stakeholder needs into SQL/Python analytics, automate ETL, and build Qlik/Tableau dashboards that help leadership make faster, data-driven decisions.

I’m a data analyst with over ten years of experience gathering business requirements, improving processes, and turning large datasets into insights that decision makers actually use. I’m comfortable acting as the bridge between stakeholders and technical delivery—scoping needs, identifying process improvements, then building and presenting the solution.

At Verizon, I analyse international operational data using SQL and Python, and build Qlik and Tableau dashboards for senior leadership. I gather and translate reporting requirements across teams, automate ETL pipelines in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, SQLAlchemy), and add data quality controls and governance so outputs stay accurate as source systems change.

Previously, as a Senior Data Analyst at RED C Research, I managed a centralised SQL data warehouse and ran daily ETL operations across research, commercial, and panel data. I also designed Power BI reporting for non-technical stakeholders, delivering self-service dashboards and analysis under tight deadlines.

Earlier in my career, I led analytics teams agency-side as Head of Data Analytics & Technology at W5 Marketing Intelligence, managing a team of four analysts and owning end-to-end solution delivery. I delivered live dashboards and text analytics reporting across Confirmit, Tableau, Power BI and Dapresy, and helped build a large AIB Voice of the Customer programme that gave branch managers real-time access to survey responses for better CX decisions.
