What I'm looking for

I seek a data role where I can apply analytics to influence product, marketing and CX decisions, work cross-functionally, and continue growing SQL/Python and BI skills.

I am a data analyst with 4+ years transforming business, marketing and customer data into clear, actionable insights for B2B and B2C teams. I specialise in user behaviour, performance and revenue analysis, building dashboards, recurring reports and ad-hoc analyses to support Product, Marketing, Revenue and Customer Experience stakeholders.

I have hands-on experience with Tableau, Google Analytics (GA4), CRM analytics and advanced Google Sheets, and I apply strong data accuracy, validation and governance practices (GDPR-aware) to ensure reliable outcomes. At Rock Content I partnered cross-functionally to reduce live customer support demand by 27% and delivered performance reporting for 30+ client accounts.

I am currently completing a Higher Diploma in Data Analytics (NFQ Level 8) to strengthen my SQL, Python, statistics and BI skills and am eager to contribute data-driven recommendations in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
