I’m a Senior ServiceNow Developer with over 5 years of hands-on platform experience delivering enterprise solutions across ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Event Management, FSM, and CSM. I consistently focus on reducing manual operations, improving data quality, and building scalable, upgrade-safe solutions.
In my current role, I’m leading the design and delivery of a ServiceNow–BlueCat BAM integration for automated IP lifecycle management. I architected a bi-directional integration automating IP allocation and decommissioning, and I’ve planned and executed multiple instance upgrades across DEV, TEST, and PROD with zero unplanned production downtime.
Across consulting engagements, I led an enterprise CMDB implementation aligned with CSDM 4.0, modeling 20+ CI classes and establishing Identification & Reconciliation governance. I also reduced operational workload by replacing legacy workflow processes with Flow Designer automation and optimized scripting, while delivering 15+ Service Catalog workflows featuring multi-level approvals and fulfillment automation.
