I joined TIBCO in 2014 as a fresher and have 11+ years of experience with Tibco products. I’ve worked across small and large teams through the full project lifecycle—client interaction, FR analysis, requirement gathering, designing, risk analysis, POCs, development, and defect troubleshooting.
Today, I’m a Senior Technical Lead at HCLTech for the Westernunion client, implementing and fixing bugs in projects built with Tibco Business Events. I use Tibco Business Events, Oracle, Karate Suite, Jira, Ansible, and Terraform to deliver reliable outcomes.
Previously, I worked as a Manager level2 at Capgemini for ABN-AMRO, where I developed Tibco and Java modules, handled requirement gathering and demos for product owners, and supported implementations through Production. I also led migration work from Tibco to Springboot and tested performance measures, using Springboot, Tibco BWCE, Tibco BW6.5, Oracle, SOAP UI, Jira, Bitbucket, and Azure Cloud resources.
At Deutsche Bank, I contributed to a Digital Signature project on a Tibco stack (TIBCO BW5, TIBCO EMS) and worked on migrating it into Fusion-based Java Microservices. I handled schema, code, error handling, reusable subprocesses in Spring Boot and Java, and continued enhancements in both the migrated and original Tibco parts while leveraging Fusion OpenShift and GCP resources.

Worked as a TIBCO developer for Western Union, implementing and fixing defects in projects built with TIBCO Business Events. Collaborated on client deliveries using Oracle, Karate Suite, and Jira, with automation support via Ansible and Terraform.
Led TIBCO and Java modules for ABN-AMRO, covering requirement gathering, solution demos to product owners, and implementation through production support. Supported migrations from TIBCO to Spring Boot and performed testing/performance validation for the migrated services.
Worked on Deutsche Bank’s Digital Signature program, developing TIBCO sub-modules using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and TIBCO EMS. Contributed to migration into Fusion-based Java microservices, including reusable Spring Boot subprocesses, schema/error handling design, and ongoing updates to the TIBCO implementation alongside migration.
Worked on ABN-AMRO projects as part of a Prodigi team, designing and implementing BPM workflows and related TIBCO BusinessWorks processes. Built and tested workflow changes and delivered Spotfire dashboards for analysis of BPM process execution.
Developed and supported multiple Citi initiatives using TIBCO Business Events, TIBCO BusinessWorks, and TIBCO BPM, covering requirement gathering, workflow/process design, deployments, testing, and defect fixing. Created DB procedures/functions and technical documentation, and contributed to performance tuning and operational support through releases and maintenance.
