Markleon Kataza
@markleonkataza
I build M&E systems, dashboards, and evidence for adaptive social development programs.
What I'm looking for
At Action 4 Health Uganda, I design and implement monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems for the TeamUp Uganda Program, a cross-sectoral agriculture, health and water initiative serving young people in Mityana and Kassanda. I developed key MEAL tools, supported CommCare and WebMo reporting, and trained 15 project staff and 54 community support staff and data collectors.
Across Makerere University-funded projects, Digmark Communications, and community development programs, I've gathered and analyzed quantitative and qualitative data, supported evaluations, built indicator tracking tools, and reported outcomes for stakeholders and donors. I bring six years of experience applying social research, data quality assurance, and performance reporting to support evidence-based decision-making and social change in Uganda.
