As a MEAL Manager, I led the design and implementation of ADRA’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning framework. I provided strategic oversight for learning agendas, enhanced data collection efficiency, and strengthened the capacity of teams through training. My efforts resulted in improved project effectiveness and data accuracy, fostering a culture of evidence-based learning.

In my role as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, I led participatory monitoring activities, conducted data collection and analysis, and developed methodologies tailored for refugee contexts. I ensured data accuracy and provided actionable insights to inform program development, enhancing decision-making processes.

As a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant, I designed data collection tools, monitored adherence to protocols, and ensured compliance with ethical standards. I collected and submitted project data, ensuring accountability and timely reporting while prioritizing transparency in all activities.

Master’s degree in management science majoring in Monitoring and Evaluation. This program focused on designing and implementing MEL frameworks, conducting rigorous program evaluations, and managing data analysis for both qualitative and quantitative research.

Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. This program emphasized the development of skills necessary for effective monitoring and evaluation in various projects.
