I’m looking to lead national specification-led growth in renewable heating and building services—building frameworks, strengthening key accounts, coaching teams, and converting consultant and contractor influence into strong revenue and long-term partnerships.

I’m a commercial leader with 20+ years of experience delivering revenue growth, specification wins, and strategic partnerships across HVAC, renewable heating, ventilation, and building services. I turn consultant and contractor influence into measurable commercial outcomes, from early-stage specifications through to invoiced sales.

In my recent role, I generated £1.98m revenue in 7 months against an annual target of £850k—achieving 233% performance. I also built a £3.5m specification pipeline that delivered £1.1m+ invoiced sales, while directing a £5.7m annual sales budget and managing £13m+ national key accounts.

I build high-performing sales structures and forecasting discipline, leading teams of up to 12 sales and technical professionals. I strengthen conversion by developing distribution frameworks and long-term contractor networks, and I drive market penetration through specification-led sales strategies.

Across my career, I’ve expanded national merchant and buying-group partnerships, delivered CPD presentations to increase specification activity on major projects, and converted early-stage opportunities into significant revenue.
