What I'm looking for
I’m driven by a science-and-regulation educational background and a genuine passion for learning, with the mindset of an accountable team player. I’m responsible, respectful, and highly meticulous—focused on accuracy, precision, and representing my company professionally.
In my current role at Health Canada (HPFB: Pharmaceutical Drug Directorate), I support the Director General Office as an Executive Assistant by managing executives’ schedules and meetings, coordinating Notice of Compliance letters, and handling Access to Information (ATI) requests. I also coordinate MECS (Management of Executive Correspondence System) files, support Record of Decision (RoD) preparations, and assist with submission coordination using systems like DSTS and Submanager, as well as DocuBridge.
Previously, I’ve strengthened my operational and regulatory experience through acting support in the Medical Devices Directorate, where I processed amendments and new applications while ensuring consistency with policies, guidance, and Regulations. I’ve also contributed as an Executive Assistant within a Public Agency, worked as a Compensation Advisor Trainee using Jira and GC Docs, supported directorate operations as an Administrative Assistant (including SAP and DocuBridge), and delivered high-volume customer service as a Call Centre Agent by resolving pay/benefits issues through case workflows and clear communication.
