I've spent seven years growing an enterprise design system at Desjardins, progressing from technical lead to product owner. The system supports more than 150 designers, 1,000 developers, and 25 teams across web and mobile applications.
I own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization from discovery through production deployment. I lead libraries of 60 web and 30 native components, improve design-code parity and WCAG coverage, and automate design token migration between Figma and code.
Before Desjardins, I led front-end development at Radio-Canada, where I established the site's first design system in Storybook and defined development standards across five teams. My earlier work spans front-end consulting, UX design, graphic design, and web development.
Through my independent practice, I audit design systems using a proprietary 68-checkpoint assessment grid that produces prioritized action plans. I focus on digital products and operational efficiency, with an estimated 35% time saving for designers and developers through design-system adoption.
