What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative company that values design systems, cross-functional partnership, accessibility, and mentorship—roles where I can scale systems, improve developer handoff, and accelerate product delivery.

I am a design systems lead specializing in building scalable, accessible foundations and governance for web, iOS, and Android products.

At Tangerine Bank I built and scaled the first unified design system, defining core design tokens, accessibility architecture, and cross-platform foundations used by 18 product squads and 15 designers.

Previously at Copperleaf Technologies I launched a company-wide design system from concept to production, grew design team capabilities, and established tooling and roadmaps that enabled consistent product UI and faster delivery.

I collaborate closely with engineering on token pipelines, production-ready components, and implementation; I also mentor designers, run workshops, and focus on documentation, adoption metrics, and expanding design systems with AI-driven efficiencies.
