I’m a customer service and administrative professional focused on delivering a positive experience in fast-paced, high-traffic environments. I bring strong time management, communication, and leadership, and I’m detail-oriented and goal-driven.

In prior roles at Shatila Bakery and Papaya Fruit Market, I greeted and assisted customers with a positive attitude, maintained safe and clean work areas, and handled phone calls by answering and routing them to the correct department. I also supported daily operations like stocking and organizing shelves.

Since November 2023, I’ve managed daily front office operations for Dearborn Public Schools. I provide administrative support for parents, students, staff, and visitors, including enrollment processes, while handling phones, emails, data entry, and multiple tasks.

I maintain student records, attendance, scheduling, and confidential documents, and I coordinate communication between families, teachers, and administrators. I’m fluent in English and Arabic, and I value accurate, respectful service.
