What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my CRM experience, customer service skills, and accurate data handling to support real outcomes—while growing in data analysis, reporting, and client engagement within a supportive team.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented professional focused on data management, customer engagement, and organizing information for impact-driven programs. I combine strong communication with a careful approach to accuracy, whether I’m managing records or supporting day-to-day client workflows.

As a Customer Service Representative (Remote), I developed real-world persuasion and listening skills to drive client engagement. I set sales appointments, work with CRM systems like Pilot CRM to update customer/client details, and support inbound and outbound calls using call centre systems like mightycall.

Previously, as a Data Entry Clerk with Girls Livelihood and Mentorship Initiative (GLAMI), I assisted in organizing beneficiary data and maintained accuracy while filling data in various systems. I also worked with Google Workspace and analyzed and wrote weekly reports for my supervisors, building consistency and reliability in reporting.
