My career has been marked by significant achievements in the financial sector, including serving as CEO of an investment fund and holding CFO and COO roles in leading companies within the Polish leasing market. I have successfully participated in nine startup and scale-up projects backed by top VC funds, with two of these ventures acquired by strategic investors.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strategic and analytical mindset, adept at implementing restructuring concepts, managing acquisitions, and driving operational efficiencies. I pride myself on my ability to build strong financial frameworks and maintain robust relationships with investors, ensuring the success of projects I oversee.
