At Elemental GlobalServices, I oversee financial performance, reporting and controls across 8 international subsidiaries. I built and developed the Finance Department in Poland, managing 7 finance professionals and coordinating finance activities across an international team of 15.
I lead group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow modelling for Elemental Asia Group and prepare consolidation packages for ElementalHolding Group. I also partner with executive and operational leaders to support financial and business decisions.
In treasury, I manage liquidity, loan facilities, factoring and banking relationships, including factoring facilities with a total limit of USD 20 million. I created and implemented a working capital requirements calculation tool to support forecasting and liquidity management.
I also lead finance workstreams for M&A transactions, including financial due diligence, purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment testing and earn-out valuations. Earlier, at BNP Paribas Group and other financial institutions, I worked across IFRS reporting, regulatory reporting, accounting, treasury and cash management.
