I’m a motivated, detail-oriented professional with experience in sales, customer relations, and merchant retention through Safaricom. I bring strong communication and organizational skills, plus a customer-first mindset that keeps service issues moving and relationships strong.

At Safaricom, I acquired and onboarded new merchants to company services and maintained strong relationships to improve retention. I also assisted customers with inquiries and service-related issues, while working toward sales and customer engagement targets.

I’m now seeking a remote Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant role where I can deliver reliable administrative support, customer service, and smooth day-to-day coordination.
