At Hope and Comfort Rehabilitation Centre, I welcome clients at reception, respond to phone and walk-in inquiries, and keep client records accurate. I support anxious or distressed clients while keeping conversations calm and private.
During my clinical attachment through KMTC, I provided counselling support at five facilities, including for youth, adults managing HIV adherence issues and non-communicable diseases, and patients experiencing depression, anger, or stress. I also supported mothers and inmates in sensitive settings where confidentiality and strict procedures mattered.
I completed a Diploma in Health Counselling at Kenya Medical Training College and a Certificate in Airline Cabin Crew at Kenya Airways Pride Centre, which covered passenger handling, safety and emergency procedures, and de-escalation. I use MS Word and Excel and bring experience in reception, inquiry handling, and calm complaint management.
