In my remote customer service role, I coordinated customer cases, handled documentation management, and conducted logistics follow-up for purchases, shipments, and claims. Alongside customer support, I’ve built experience as an independent beauty consultant—managing client appointments, follow-up communication, product orders, and digital marketing materials.
