What I'm looking for

A 100% remote, hands-on technical role in Microsoft 365 administration, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or IT operations and support. I prefer an individual contributor position, without people management, where I can focus on administration, automation and troubleshooting.

Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Administrator with 14+ years of IT experience and 4 years of hands-on Power Automate experience.

I currently administer a cloud-first Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams and Purview. I manage identity, access, devices, licensing, mail flow, security policies and technical troubleshooting.

I build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps for business processes and integrate Microsoft 365 with external applications. I also use PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration and have hands-on experience investigating phishing and email security issues, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

I am seeking a 100% remote individual contributor role focused on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, application support or IT operations.
