Marinda LaBarre

At Canvas Propiedad, I managed full project lifecycles for real estate developments, from marketing and sales through contract signing and client delivery. I coordinated with developers, architects, city officials, banks, and notaries to support accurate documentation and timely deed execution.

I improved lead identification accuracy from 50% to 95% by designing and implementing new data collection protocols. I also maintained a SQL database of 15,000+ contacts and used Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics for sales funnels and reporting.

As an English teacher with VIPKID, I delivered 1:1 virtual instruction to 5,000+ students and earned a 5-star parent satisfaction rating. In my private tutoring practice, I prepared students for Cambridge, Pearson, and Trinity exams, achieving a 95% pass rate.

My Google Data Analytics Certification capstone analyzed 1GB+ of Chicago bicycle traffic data, covering 5.7M+ rows with RStudio and Tableau. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and open to remote roles across the US and EU.
