What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated conservation scientist currently pursuing a PhD in Conservation Science at the University of Cape Town. My research focuses on understanding and addressing human-wildlife conflicts in Namibia, where I have conducted extensive fieldwork, including over 1000 interviews with community members. My goal is to enhance conflict management strategies that benefit both wildlife and local communities.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with various organizations, including the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, where I contributed to livestock health communications and developed strategies to combat antimicrobial resistance. My work has been recognized through multiple publications and presentations at international conferences, showcasing my commitment to advancing conservation science.
