What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my conservation knowledge, wildlife travel insight, and customer-facing experience to meaningful work connecting people with responsible wildlife experiences.

At WWF-UK, I manage supporter relationships across phone, email, live chat, and social media, making complex conservation topics clear for non-specialist audiences. I collaborate with Fundraising and Science & Conservation teams while bringing 10+ years of customer-facing experience.

My zoology background includes marine conservation fieldwork in Malaysia, from turtle nesting patrols and coral health surveys to BRUV shark monitoring and volunteer training. I've also educated visitors at ZSL London Zoo, led conservation workshops with TCV, and built first-hand insight into responsible wildlife travel through safaris and travel across 50+ countries.
