I am looking for a remote, part-time role that allows me to deepen my yoga practice and engage with conscious communities while supporting others through mindful movement and healing.

I am a deeply committed project manager with over 10 years of international experience in humanitarian operations, logistics, and community wellbeing. My journey has been fueled by a passion for plant-based, people-focused projects, and I thrive in remote, multicultural environments. With a psychology degree and a certified yoga teacher training, I am dedicated to evidence-based wellness and compassionate living.

Throughout my career, I have led projects across NGOs, UN missions, and logistics organizations, advocating for employee wellbeing and aligning operations with human-centered values. I have earned recognition for fostering team cohesion and clarity in fast-moving environments, and I am particularly passionate about initiatives that advance vegan advocacy, digital wellness, and community-centered mental health.

Currently, I am seeking a remote, part-time position that allows me to deepen my practice as a yoga therapist and teacher while engaging with conscious communities. My goal is to support others through mindful movement, trauma-informed healing, and personal transformation.
