Victoria Aued

I’m Victoria, a Project Manager and Communication Specialist with over a decade of experience designing, coordinating, and delivering projects across NGOs, public organisations, and educational institutions.
My career started in the communication field, where I developed a strong foundation in storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team coordination. Over the years, I naturally transitioned into project management, leading multidisciplinary teams, organizing workflows, and ensuring that complex initiatives could move forward with clarity and purpose.

During the last three years, I lived in Australia, where I completed a Project Management Diploma and strengthened my skills in Agile practices, team collaboration, and multicultural communication. Working and studying in English every day helped me build confidence in international environments and develop the adaptability that remote work requires.

Some of my proudest achievements include coordinating large-scale communication projects at the Ministry of Education of Buenos Aires Province, managing educational programs inside prisons through a NGO called GESEC, and supporting diverse teams to deliver meaningful outcomes even in high-pressure contexts.

Today, I’m focused on remote roles where I can combine structure, organisation, and empathy to help teams work better together. I love environments that value autonomy, quality, and genuine collaboration.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about learning, personal growth, yoga, and contributing to projects that make a positive impact.
