Marina Nascimento

At Lotuscale in Barcelona, I monitor and optimize digital acquisition campaigns around CPA, conversion rates, budget pacing, and target achievement.

I manage affiliate and performance campaigns end-to-end in TUNE (HasOffers), including tracking parameters, conversions, publishers, and offer setups. I evaluate multi-publisher results, shift budgets toward high-ROI traffic sources, and present performance insights and optimization recommendations to clients.

My Psychology background informs how I approach consumer behavior, data, and communication. At Elo Clinic, I used data-driven ABA methodologies to analyze behavioral metrics and refine intervention and communication strategies.

I've also led fast-paced store operations at Oakberry and supported internal communications, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement at Gerdau Aços Longos. I'm currently pursuing an MA in Communication and Marketing in Barcelona.
