What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can provide organized customer care or administrative support, communicate clearly with people, learn new systems quickly, and help a collaborative team run smoothly.

I'm currently supporting Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine through TaskForce BPO, handling 50–90 inbound patient calls each day. I schedule, reschedule, cancel, and confirm appointments across multiple locations.

I coordinate patient information using NextGen, athenahealth, and PatientSync, verify insurance details, process medical-record requests, and document provider messages accurately. I communicate daily with US patients and staff in fluent English while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

My work combines customer care, administrative support, calm complaint handling, and reliable follow-through. I also bring experience working under pressure in an international customer-service environment.

Alongside customer support, I've built UI/UX projects in Figma, including the winning DataHub e-commerce platform and a Sava Insurance hackathon app. I enjoy creating organized, user-focused solutions with collaborative teams.
