I’m looking for a role where I can support founders with financial clarity, CRM-driven operations, and tight executive coordination—using AI to speed up analysis and reporting. I work best in teams that value structure, ownership, and responsiveness.

I’m a Business & Executive Assistant with 5+ years supporting founders and small-business owners across hospitality and retail in Ukraine, the USA, and the EU. I’m hands-on with CRM administration, P&L and cash-flow reporting, and day-to-day calendar and inbox management—always aiming to make the owner’s workload lighter.

Most recently, I was the right hand to the founder as an Operations Manager / Business Assistant, where I built P&L and cash-flow trackers, developed KPIs, and monitored business performance. I also administered Altegio (CRM and booking platform) with advanced setup, automation, reporting, and direct client sales, and I use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate owner-facing analysis and meeting summaries.
