At SAAGA LLC, I lead business operations and compliance for a regulated investment advisory firm, managing budgeting, reporting, payroll, vendors, records, client onboarding, and recurring management cycles.

I built and maintain the firm's compliance program and managed its initial SEC registration as a Registered Investment Adviser, including Form ADV Parts 1, 2A, and 2B. I also partner with the Chief Compliance Officer during SEC examinations, coordinate regulatory filings through SEC and FINRA systems, and turn requirements into practical controls, training, and review processes.

Previously, I advised South Florida business owners and investors on commercial real estate decisions at UTG Real Estate / Keller Williams Commercial. As founder of MB Creative Concepts, I operated a Color Me Mine franchise for more than 14 years, leading P&L, staffing, growth, relocation, and its successful sale.

My earlier work includes co-founding a technology-enabled startup, supporting the transformation of IT operations across seven companies at INTESA, and leading investment-promotion initiatives at CONAPRI. I bring a practical, structured approach to aligning people, processes, priorities, and measurable execution.
