What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead software teams and guide Agile delivery, partnering with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities, improve workflows, remove blockers, and deliver successful outcomes.

I've led Scrum and Kanban teams at Modirum, Entertainment Group, DECA Games, IdeaRobin, and Lexmark, delivering software for payment authentication, digital memberships, gaming, web, and mobile products.

I establish Agile processes, facilitate ceremonies and PI Planning, remove blockers, and partner with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, manage scope, and communicate delivery health.

With earlier experience as a firmware, software, and software design engineer, I bridge business goals and technical execution while mentoring junior Scrum Masters and improving team workflows.
