What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead software delivery, Agile transformation, and cross-functional product execution where I can combine technical depth, business analysis, team coaching, and AI-enabled delivery improvement.

At TwistResources, I lead end-to-end software delivery across Fintech, PropTech, HR, Sports, Travel, Retail, and consumer products. I coach multiple concurrent teams of more than 40 engineers while aligning product, engineering, business stakeholders, and clients.

I partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to turn business objectives into prioritized backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and delivery plans. I manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, releases, and cross-functional communication using Agile and Waterfall approaches.

I’ve driven AI-tool adoption with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for research, business analysis, backlog refinement, development workflows, and continuous improvement. As an ICAgile Authorized Instructor, I co-authored an accredited Agile Fundamentals course and delivered company-wide training programs.

Before delivery leadership, I spent more than a decade building software at Canon, covering architecture, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance. I’ve worked with C/C++, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, AWS, Odoo, PostgreSQL, and Windows printer drivers, bringing an engineering perspective to product delivery.
