I’m an Account Supervisor with experience as a Customer Service Representative from August 2021 to January 2025, where I focused on delivering dependable service and supporting client expectations. I also led teams as a Team Leader (2019–2020) for Smiles on Demand by Vervent PH, reinforcing my commitment to ownership and follow-through.

I build strong results through adaptability, attention to detail, active listening, empathy and patience, and clear communication skills. I’m team-oriented and dedicated to working with colleagues to surpass client expectations while promoting business progress.

I’m motivated to enhance my professional skills, capabilities, and adaptability in an organization that recognizes hard work and trusts me with responsibilities and challenges. Alongside work, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (Undergraduate, 2022) to strengthen how I think, improve, and contribute.
