I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can coordinate care, schedule and verify details in EMRs, and use my proactive problem-solving to create a smooth front-office experience.

I’m a customer-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced front-office environments. I bring a mix of proactive problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict resolution, with a strong commitment to care coordination and warm, reliable service.

In my most recent role as a Medical Receptionist, I welcomed and checked in patients, ensuring accurate collection and verification of personal and insurance information. I entered and updated insurance details in EMR systems to support efficient billing and claims processing, and I scheduled and confirmed appointments while handling multi-line phone inquiries.

Previously, as an Office Assistant for a mobile veterinary service, I strengthened client communication across phone, text, social media, and email to ensure needs were met quickly. I collaborated with veterinary staff, managed prescription medication refills and lab-related workflows, maintained precise patient chart records, and used VetFM to keep client and patient information organized for smooth operations.
