What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve educational or community-focused programs through training, outreach, partnerships, and data-informed operations.

At Creative Kids, I scale educational outreach across 10+ teams in Texas and New Mexico by deploying standardized curricula, managing program budgets, and strengthening lesson quality through staff workshops and supervision.

I also built the organization’s new website in-house, reducing external vendor costs, and spearheaded a partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of El Paso using trauma-informed care frameworks.

Through the State Department Virtual Internship at the Resilience in the Foreign Affairs Center of Excellence, I designed resilience training and global presentations and hosted cross-functional webinars for 200+ participants.

As a UTEP teaching assistant, I supported 100+ students through tutoring, exam preparation, grading, discussions, and individual consultations. I bring political science research skills, data analysis in STATA and R, and fluent English and Spanish communication.
