At Cervecería Nacional Potosí, I built the Business Intelligence function from scratch. I design and maintain Power BI models and dashboards for Commercial, Finance, and Logistics, bringing their KPIs together in a shared analytical model.
I work with area managers and company owners to gather requirements and define KPIs and scorecards. I validate source data and report outputs, then present findings and recommendations to regional and national management.
I’ve helped teams use self-service Power BI by onboarding and training managers, supervisors, and warehouse chiefs. I also replaced manual follow-up with n8n notifications and built customer-churn alerts.
At EasyCargo, I built Power BI dashboards using customer and lead data, automated ETL and DAX processes, and managed commercial database quality. Earlier, at Tejasur Ltda., I analyzed production lead times, identified bottlenecks, and built KPI dashboards for operations management.
