I’m a highly responsible and motivated Leasing Agent who enjoys taking on new challenges and learning new skills. I’m adaptable, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and I take pride in following directions and contributing to a team’s success.

In my Leasing Agent role at Asset Living (Siesta Pointe Apartments), I hone my customer service, documentation management, and problem resolution skills. I provide exceptional resident service, manage complex procedures, maintain accurate records, and help ensure compliance with relevant regulations. I also coordinate maintenance requests and strengthen my communication and follow-up habits.

Before leasing, I worked as an Amazon Fulfillment Associate, where I sorted and scanned packages, built, closed, and moved pallets, and performed basic checks like fixing broken boxes. Earlier, I was a McDonald’s Crew Member, supporting multiple duties at once across cashier, drive-thru, speaker/windows, and kitchen tasks.

Alongside my work, I’m pursuing an Associate in Science Degree in Nursing R.N. (Undergraduate) at Miami Dade College, with a GPA of 3.1 (August 2025–Present). My goal is to leverage my strengths—communication, organization, and leadership—to exceed expectations and keep growing professionally.
