Previously, supporting Amazon Shared Services at JLL, I coordinated more than 1,000 meetings and events projects annually with a 97% on-time delivery rate. I led cross-functional offshore teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, reduced execution delays by 25%, and developed SOPs and tracking systems that improved operational efficiency by 20%.
